We offer affordable cash rates and can provide you with a superbill to submit the claims to your insurance carrier.  Payment is expected at the time of service.

Colorado is a Direct-Access state, which means you do not have to have a prescription to make an appointment for Physical Therapy (except for Medicare and Worker’s Comp insurances). Check with your insurance to see if a referral is required for coverage. We also offer self-pay rates and discounts in the form of visit packages for those whose insurance benefits have run out or have insurance that we are not contracted with at this time.
